My gums have gone black and are falling off, help?

Q.

A small part of my gums have gone black and has fallen away from my tooth, it’s attached by a little remaining piece of gum, but it bleeds whenever I touch it. Although it does not hurt but is very noticeable and annoying to say the least. The part that is black is numb ans I cant feel anything so half the time Iam tempted just to cut it off. I know that I do have gum disease and have not been to the dentist for many years and a few of my teeth have broken. I am finding it difficult to find the courage to go to a dentist because I am embarrased by the way I have neglected my teeth but I am geting to a point where I dont think I have much time left to fix the problem, I would very much like your opinion on what I should do next. What are my options to replace my receding gums?

Iav just recovered from server gum disease meaning that my condition is now stable, and my gums have receeded a fair bit. So my questions are how to I stop my gum getting any worse? Can I do any thing I can do to make my gums grow back? If not can I get anything like false gums? My mouth looks horrid now and I would love it to look nice again

I have a loose tooth can i use a mouth wash to tighten the gums?

Hi there experts, over the past few months my teeth have started to become more and more wobbly and my bum have started to blleed, in result I have started brushing my teeth more, I am now doing it twice a day as before I forgot to do it at night most off the time.So in summary my question is, I have a loose tooth can i use a mouth wash to tighten the gums?

What do I do about the pockets in my mouth left from gum disease?

1. I was checked at dentist office recently and I have been told that I have gum disease. Do I need arestin put in pockets if my preiodental desease from1mm to 4mm,most of them 1mm-2mm? can they just do professional cleaning and tooth planning without using atibiotics? I was told that I need to pay almost $1300 for antibiotics and $700 for cleaning.
2. How soon I need to put crown over tooth w/root canal?
3. What is the best over counter whitening kit and best toothpaste?

How can I get on top of my gum disease?

Iam 22 and feel depressed about my teeth, I have extremely bad gum disease and gum recession caused by my diabetes and a stomach problem which has caused me to throw up after every meal for over the past year resulting in me now being on a liquid diet. I brush 3 times a day, floss and use mouthwash to try and get rid of my gum disease and eventually Iam going to loose my teeth at this rate if I cant get on top of my gum disease, please give me some advice

I’av had a blister in my mouth for 2years, what is it?

I have a small blister on my gum which I have had for about 2 years.
When I apply a pressure to it via my finger the liquid inside it escapes possibly through one of my teeth & I get an unpleasant taste in the area of the tooth.
I do not get any pain in my gum or teeth.
What is causing this blister to keep coming up & how can I stop it happening?

How can I stop my teeth being wobbly?

Good day to you Doctor, I can’t say that I looked after my teeth very well when I was younger because I didn’t and now as a result my adult teeth are becoming very wobbly, and my gums have receded a fair bit in addition to this. However, there not as wobbly as they use to be so Iam wondering if theres anything that I can do to reverse these affects? and if not then what do I do to stop them getting any worse than what they are? I have good oral hygiene, so why do my gums bleed?

Hello Dr, recently my gums have started to bleeding, Iam a none smoker and also brush twice a day, as well as using mouthwash and flossing at least once a day and I have a healthy diet. Why have my gums started to bleed after my tooth extraction?

Recently Iav just had to have a tooth extracted as all of a sudden I have receeding gums and terrible gum disease. Dentist over the years seemed to miss this out (NHS and private) resulting in my having to loose a perfectly healthy tooth. Please could you tell me how to prevent this from happening again? Thanks
