Hello Dr, recently my gums have started to bleeding, Iam a none smoker and also brush twice a day, as well as using mouthwash and flossing at least once a day and I have a healthy diet. The only thing that has changed recently is that I’ve started a new job. Please could you give me some advice on how to make my gums stop bleeding? thanks

If they bleed despite having good oral hygiene you probably need treatment that must be based on an accurate diagnosis. You may need professional “deep cleaning” to remove presence of deposits that you are unable to remove, particularly if they are under the gum margins.
