Everytime I brush my teeth my gums start to bleed even when brushing softly. I have also noticed where the there are tiny gaps starting to form in between my teeth. Can you please advise me on what I can do to prevent this as it is becoming a serious concern.

Hi , based on the information you have given, there is a good chance that you have a degree of gum disease and this requires professional treatment. You’re not alone and it’s not be worried about- it can be fixed, It’s estimated that 50-90% of all adults have encountered some kind of gum disease.
