I think I have gum disease but don’t want the dentist to extract all my teeth!

Q.
Hi, im worried and think i may have some form of gum disease but I don’t know what stage exactly! I am too scared and/or embarrassed to even go to the dentist through the fear that I may have to get all my teeth taken out, its making me feel a bit depressed especially as I don’t know enough on the situation, please help I really could do with some advice!
A.
IF you think that you have gum disease you must go to your dentist and get a proper diagnosis and find out how bad things are. Many people think that their mouth is the worst that a dentists will have seen and that nothing can be done. Many are surprised to find out that things are not as bad as they expected and that there are lots of treatment options to help then save their teeth, You lose nothing by having a check up and getting the advice, they will not be doing any treatment at this type of appointment.
