I don’t kno what to do and my mouth is agony. the antibiotics I’m on are co-amoxiclav. please help
This does not sound like classic gum disease, there may even be two things going on here. You describe a tooth infection which may require root canal treatment or extraction. The painful gums and ulcers could be one of many things and could relate to you being run down. You need to see a dentist to get a proper diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
