Hello Dr Mitsas. I have recently visited my dentist and she says I have gum disease which I was very alarmed about, saying that four of my teeth are wobbly! Is there anything I can do now to prevent my tooth or teeth from falling out completely? If I can’t then, is there anything I can do to replace my tooth? I am 42 years old and very concerned in case I have left it too late. I didn’t visit my dentist in the last 3 years and I was shocked to discover I have gum disease. Thank you for your time.

How can I stop my aggressive gum disease?

I av server gum disease and iam only 29, i use to smoke until the dentist told me that if i carried on I’d have no teeth left by the time i was 35. The gums have receded extremely and I have gaps in-between my teeth, also all my teeth are rather wobbley. Is there anything you can do?
